Effective July 16 as mandated by the Platte County Health Department we have implemented a mandatory mask policy.   All person or persons that enter the business must wear a mask for the duration of their time at our business. Exceptions include:     Children under two years of age     Children between the ages of three and nine masks are strongly encouraged     Persons who have disabilities that prevent them from comfortably wearing or taking off a face covering or prevent them communicating while wearing a face covering     Persons who have a respiratory condition that is worsened by the wearing of a face covering     Persons who have been told by a medical, legal, or behavioral health professional not to wear a face covering     Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person that is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication If a customer is covered under an exception allowed by the CDC or Health Department we will continue to offer them services by curbside or telephone. Posted on our door is a mandatory statement from the health department that outlines the requirement for face coverings. The statement says “masks must be continuously worn to enter and remain at the premises by order of the Platte County Health Department”.   We will continue to keep you up date as the situation changes. Please stay safe, The Piper Family and Family Care Team of Rolling Acres Memorial Center. The Spring 2020 Newsletter is now online!
Here at Rolling Acres we celebrate every day the bond between our pets and their humans. We cherish the pets that come into our lives and grieve for them when they leave us. A day to remember, honor and celebrate is coming up. National Pet Memorial Day is September 13th 2020. It has been our privilege to host a gathering for many years where we can come together to honor the pets both living and deceased and to have the opportunity to have your pet blessed. It is with great sadness that we have made the decision to cancel our 2020 National Pet Memorial Day event due to Covid-19. We, like you, look forward to this event every year. Here at Rolling Acres, we know how important it is to connect with one another, especially during these challenging times. Please know the decision to cancel was not made easily. The safety and health of the families we serve must come first. Please contact us today If you would like to set up a one-on-one visit with Nancy to perform a blessing for a loved one. We are here to serve…today, tomorrow, and after. Please stay safe, Nancy and Gary Piper and our Family Care Team
